New Christians Class

This class is offered to all kids who are new Christians. Kids are required to attend this class before baptism. These classes meet on Sunday evenings from 4:00 – 6:30 PM in the Preteen Rally Room and are offered throughout the year. For more information, contact Mark Hayman.

• All-Sports Training Camp:  Every 3 weeks, we’ll dive into a different sport—like wiffle ball, pickleball, volleyball, flag football, and basketball. Whether you’re a pro or want to have fun and learn the basics, this track is all about teamwork, trying new things, and building your skills while having a blast!

• Camera Crew: Explore how to worship God through photography! Learn the basics of photography, videography, lighting, and editing from professional photographers.

• Esports 5:22: Discover how you can use the Fruit of the Spirit to guide you as you navigate the world of Esports. Learn how to build a computer, how the computer works, and then play some exciting games!

• Guitar: Learn the fundamentals of playing guitar! Each week, learn chords, strumming patterns, and simple songs while building confidence step by step. This track is hands-on, perfect for beginners, and a great way for students to discover a new skill they can use to serve and lead others in the church.

• Make-it or Bake-it: Where crafting and baking collide! Use your artistic skills to make fun craft projects or bake tasty treats each week.

• Mission Aviation: Learn the basics of flight, try hands-on challenges, and spend time in our very own flight simulator. You’ll hear stories of real missionaries who use airplanes to bring the gospel to remote places. See how God can use unique skills to make a Kingdom impact!

• P45 Praise Team: Have a blast as you lift your voice to praise God in worship. Learn the fundamentals of leading worship while singing and other fun musical activities in class and on stage during the Wednesday Night Phase 45 worship time.

• Sew Fun!: Dive into the basics of sewing using real sewing machines! We’ll have a blast designing and creating personal projects like pillowcases, backpacks, and even pajamas. Whether you’re brand new to sewing or already love to craft, this hands-on experience is sure to be sew much fun!

• Showstoppers: Do you love to act? Learn to declare truths from His Word with confidence as you develop speaking and drama skills in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

• The Great Outdoors: Love the outdoors and want to learn how to hunt, fish, and camp? Discover God’s handiwork in all things and focus on being boys and girls of integrity.

• Totally Twirling: Interested in the art of baton twirling? This track will teach you the basic skills and tricks used in twirling routines while learning the value of teamwork, competition, and doing a sport!

• Woven Gems: FOR GIRLS ONLY: Explore the truths of who God created you to be as you were woven together by Him and unpack Psalm 139:13-16. Each week, you will be guided through fun lessons and activities as you create and learn about your identity in Christ.

• ASL: Discover the beauty of American Sign Language! Together we’ll learn the basics of ASL, practice simple conversations, and explore how signing can be used to worship God! Discover how to build meaningful connections with our deaf and hard-of-hearing neighbors.
