First Baptist Middle School Ministry strives to empower middle school students with the truth of who God is and who He has created them to be. MS Ministry connects students to God, to each other, and to service. Students are encouraged to take their next steps with Christ by growing in their relationship with Him and building relationships with others for His glory.

CONNECT GROUPS
8:30, 9:45, 11:00 am | The Underground Small Rally Room
Come get plugged into a Connect Group focused on studying God’s word with friends! Groups are led by amazing adult leaders and focus on understanding the Bible.
The Student ministry can be found to the left of the Main Church Entrance, down the hill from the Family Ministry Center, or directly in front if coming from the back entrance. This area is called the Underground.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT
Middle School Worship
6:15 pm | The Underground Pit
Worship together every Wednesday night in the Underground from 6:15-7:45 pm. Come early starting at 5:45 to get a milkshake from the Café and hang out with your friends!

Serve in the Middle School Ministry
We are in search of adults who desire to connect with middle schoolers and their parents through gospel-centered relationships. Sunday Connect Group leaders lead a small group of students on Sunday mornings through teaching the curriculum, facilitating discussion, and helping students grow in their love of God’s Word.
We need adults who desire to help connect students to community through small group conversation and Christ-centered fun on Wednesday nights at Middle School Worship.
Coordinate with Middle School Connect Groups and their leaders to help students feel loved and cared for through intentional acts of kindness such as writing cards or phone calls.
Are you the hype person? We want you! Help create a warm, fun, and welcoming environment where students well known, valued, and connected from the moment they step in our building.
Provide a rush of excitement in Middle School Ministry in the form of milkshakes and other sugary snacks. Work with our very own pastors and other volunteers to provide snacks and a fun atmosphere.
