First Baptist Church Hendersonville
Prayer Ministry
Welcome to the FBCH Virtual Prayer Wall
This is the place to connect with God and others as we join in praying for the needs of our FBCH’ville family, community and world. Simply fill out the form below to post a prayer need of your own, or that of someone else. Our dedicated team of prayer warriors are standing by to bring your requests before God daily.
You may also seek God for others’ needs by reviewing the requests already posted and using these as a prayer list. When you click on the “I Prayed For This” button at the top of each request, you encourage someone else that you are praying for them.
Included here, as well, are links to prayer helps and information about prayer gatherings to enhance your prayer life and keep the prayer ministry of the church going and growing.

Submit a Prayer Request
You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like!

My grandson in law is in Summit hospital. He is only 22 and his lungs have collapsed twice. Jack and my granddaughter were married in June. They have a chest tube in him and are trying to decide what to do to correct this problem. They told my granddaughter that if she had not gotten him to the ER when she did, he would have died. Please pray they find an answer to this problem. He is in a lot of pain. His name is Jack Tirey.

Beverly Pittman
Beverly Pittman who worked at FBCH in our Business office retired and moved to Florida over a year ago has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. She begins injection treatments tomorrow. She says she’s feeling fine but expects that to change with treatments. Her doctor said it is not in her bones so that is good news. Please remember her and Steve in your prayers.
Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells. The plasma cells are a type of white blood cell in the bone marrow. With this condition, a group of plasma cells becomes cancerous and multiplies. The disease can damage the bones, immune system, kidneys, and red blood cell count. Symptoms may not be present or may be non-specific, such as loss of appetite, bone pain, and fever. Treatments include medications, chemotherapy, corticosteroids, radiation, or a stem-cell transplant.
