This team will serve with our IMB partners a Muslim-populated area of South Asia. The primary purpose of this team is to come alongside the local Baptist churches in the area and help them evangelize the community. The team will be trained to share the gospel on the streets with the help of translators. The second part of this team’s responsibilities will be to provide childcare for the missionaries in the area while they undergo training. This team will serve with our mission partner Volunteer Baptists International (VBI) in Flores, Peten, which is in the northern part of Guatemala. The team will serve with a local Baptist church in the area to conduct three days of medical clinics. Every person who comes to the clinic will have the opportunity to hear the gospel. This team is suited for MD’s, RN’s, sonographers, pharmacists and anyone in the medical field. The team will also need non-medical members to share the gospel.
