Middle School Pastor

Unorthodox and Unlikely: that would describe Jeff’s call to ministry. After graduating college in 2006 with an engineering degree, God made it abundantly clear that Jeff should pursue a profession in something that he really loved: pointing students to Jesus. God first shaped Jeff’s passion for middle school students when he chose to follow Christ in the 7th grade and continued to cultivate that love while working summers at Kids Across America and Crosspoint Camps. Jeff came on staff in 2006 and has worked as Middle School Intern, Campus Minister, Creative Director, and Worship Leader for the Student Ministry. In 2010, he accepted the role of Middle School Minister. Jeff has a B.A. (Mechanical Engineering) from Tennessee Technological University and a M.A. (Youth Ministry) from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeff married his best friend Rachel and they love the adventure of raising their daughters, Eden and Lydia. Jeff loves to play golf, snowboard, and dominate students at Connect Four. His bucket list includes playing golf at Augusta National, operating a crane, and beating Pastor Bruce to the office (#willneverhappen.)
